THEY LIE AND CHEAT. THEY CAUSE TENSION BETWEEN RESIDENTS. Don't conduct agm as per the Strata management act 2015.
Don't send levies out on time.
Never reply to emails
Send private and confidential emails to all residents to cause conflict. Do do what is asked of them by committee. Never contact contractors about works to be carried out.
Lots and lots more.
Never use them.
If you want to waste your money sent it to them cause all they will do is spend it on themselves.
