After sending a email without getting a response I decided to visit the office. I took my problem with me (a Gerni) thinking it wasn't working and maybe a fuse had blown. It was tested by a serviceman and he found nothing wrong with it. (Must have been my power outlet?) No charge for my stupidity either!
From the initial visit to the installation today, I am very pleased with this business. The staff, both in the office and out in the field doing the quote then installations are very helpful.
They left no mess and were very tidy. Very happy!
