Great service good price

Went into Metroll to enquire about carport/pergola at least 8 weeks ago. Was told the person we needed to talk to was out. The receptionist took our details and said they will contact us and that "he loves to come out and quote" .....HUH.. still waiting. We understand with the building boom everyone is so busy but how hard is it for the sales people to ring and say "we can't help at this time". Then there are the ads on social media saying "Get a Quote"....why bother. Little bit of customer service in the boom times will stand you good stead in the quiet times...just saying!!!!!

Shed was sorted by sales man who kept us up to date on all proceedings. Delivery date was set & delivery driver rang & supplied approximate time of delivery, very helpful driver. THANK YOU! Would, and have, recommended them to others.
