Featured Reviews of the Best State Schools in The Leap

4.5 Average Rating based on 2 reviews from 40 State Schools near The Leap

I worked at this school for about 16 years and was witness to many physical, pedagogical and administrative changes. As a teacher, the question one asks is; would I send my own children to this school. If the answer is yes, then no higher recommendation can be awarded. The student body is drawn from rural and coastal areas, often with families having relocated from more cosmopolitan areas for the Whitsunday lifestyle. The school offers a very broad curriculum including excellent language and music programs. While the school dates back over 50 years, it is well maintained and has excellent installations that private schools would be envious of, it is also a safe & inclusive atmosphere.
