Our school currently has three multi-age co-educational classes with an enrolment of approximately 72 students. As with small rural communities this enrolment can fluctuate during the course of the school year. We offer all the essential learning areas in keeping with the 'Smart State' philosopy and Department of Education, Training & The Arts (EQ) syllabus directions. Our curriculum programmes, staff and community provide a quality values basis education and a tolerant, disciplined safe environment for all students to undertake their school based learning. Amamoor State School is well staffed to deliver essential basics as well as up to date technologies, ensuring that our students are well prepared for a diversity of employment futures in a networked and culturally diverse society.

Pomona State School is situated near Mount Cooroora in the Noosa hinterland. Our school is an integral part of the local Pomona community - maintaining a rural school atmosphere, while providing a wide range of modern facilities and resources. We are proud to offer a holistic, quality education for all students. As our school population has expanded rapidly in recent years, the Education Department has put an Enrolment Management Plan in place, which geographically defines a catchment area for all future enrolments. Approximately 300 students are currently enrolled in our Prep to Year 6 classes.

Yandina State School is part of the North Coast Region and is a co-educational facility catering for students from Prep Year to Year 6. Class organisation comprises mainly of single-age (straight) year levels and a small number of composite classrooms. In 2023 students are allocated across 15 classes.

Welcome to Maleny State School, the school of choice for countless generations of local families on the Range. With an enrolment of 403 students we are just the perfect size. This year our school celebrated 100 years of educational excellence and tradition in Maleny, proudly welcoming back over a 1000 past students, staff and community members. As a new principal to Maleny I was overwhelmed to see so many people return from all around the globe with the common theme being that their school days in Maleny were, 'the best days of their lives. At Maleny we value family ideals and strive to create a warm, supportive, school climate that promotes a sense of belonging and encourages students to be motivated self-regulated learners. We recognise that education of the whole child is essential and that as learners children are at all different stages.
