Great Bussiness Old fashioned customer service Saved so much money on not using bottom water

Worst service ever. To call you are on hold for 2 hours. Their live chat even takes an hour for someone to talk to you and then only to be told to call to cancel deliveries. Not a chance. Your customer service is non existent. Maybe change the name from neverfail to constantly fail

I contacted Matt from So Fresh last week in regards to a water cooler and bottled water for my business in Bundaberg, he was only too happy to help offering me a huge range or different products to choose from. He was able to deliver the water cooler and water that same day, giving me my first bottle of water free and a no hassle 30 day account, which is great for me! I cannot recommend So Fresh Wide Bay enough! Another great point, they are LOCAL, they don't just live here the water is Local too, not trucked in from other cities and left in storage sheds for months on end. If you're thirsty, make the call I know how happy my team are at work now they have cold drinking water when the temperature is heating up outside.
