Bought some runners and after a few weeks of use, decided they weren't for me. Pure Performance happily exchanged my shoes for a new pair and donated the old ones to charity. Pure called a podiatrist to ensure the best shoe was recommended. I now have a shoe practically running for me. Spot on service.

Never buy a bike from Cheeky Bikes! I ordered a bike through Cheeky Bikes in October knowing it would be incredibly difficult to get one in Nov/Dec, particularly with COVID. I paid in full and delivery was set for November. I chased Cheeky Bikes in late November and was told to come and collect it in the coming days. Amazingly 48hrs later the bike was not there, nowhere to be found, and was told there is no chance of the same bike being sourced anywhere in Australia pre xmas. Despite their pleas that 'they don't know what happened to the bike', I suspect they've sold it to someone else. I then asked them to consider matching the price on another bike which they denied, possibly after I gave the manager a verbal tirade in frustration, so we agreed on a refund and a new search with a reputable bike supplier. It's now December and I'm in exactly the position I did my utmost to avoid, struggling to find a suitable bike given the Christmas demand. Avoid Cheeky Bikes at all costs!
