I offer personalised Sports and Remedial Therapies for the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal Pain and Injuries, including Pregnancy and post surgical scarring. While Deep Tissue Massage is integral to each treatment, I use a range of modalities which include Myofascial release incorporating Myofascial Cupping, Cold Laser and other advanced soft tissue techniques. More importantly, I will teach you how to avoid pain and injury as part of your personalized treatment plan. With over 26 years experience I am well versed in treating common conditions including Tennis/Golfers Elbow, Migraines, Headaches, Shoulder injuries including Frozen Shoulder, Rotator cuff injuries, Hip Injuries e.g. Bursitis, Runners Knee, all Back Pain, Plantar Fasciitis.
