anette has previously worked within a multidisciplinary team with an osteopath treating a wide variety of conditions while being able to consult with the other health professionals. She has been trained by their head Osteopath on mobilisation and myofascial release techniques. This makes her a highly diverse and experienced practitioner who is passionate about what she does. Since 2016 Janette has also worked with several NRL teams (including the Dragons, Sharks, Roosters and Rabbitohs), referees and other sporting teams, cycling and corporate events. A major highlight was working with the Australian, Men’s and Women’s Rugby League Teams (as per photo below), international Rugby League Teams and being Game Day Therapist for the NZ’s Kiwi Ferns in October 2019.

My passion is health and wellbeing and I believe this can be achieved by making small changes and being consistent in our approach to living a healthy life. I offer Remedial, Sports, Relaxation, trigger point, Myofascial release and cupping. I incorporate one or a combination of these treatments depending on your needs. Treatments help reduce stress and anxiety, increase range of motion, reduce muscle tension, increase the bodies healing process and pain management for chronic and acute pain.
