While Deep Tissue Massage is integral to each treatment, I use a range of modalities which include Myofascial release incorporating Myofascial Cupping, Cold Laser and other advanced soft tissue techniques. More importantly, I will teach you how to avoid pain and injury as part of your personalized treatment plan. With over 26 years experience I am well versed in treating common conditions including Tennis/Golfers Elbow, Migraines, Headaches, Shoulder injuries including Frozen Shoulder, Rotator cuff injuries, Hip Injuries e.g. Bursitis, Runners Knee, all Back Pain, Plantar Fasciitis.
