Lake Cathie Physio is a Mid North Coast physiotherapy practice. We provide exercise physiology, clinical Pilates exercises, western acupuncture and dry needling services as well as general physio. At Lake Cathie Physio, our staff can provide kinesio and sports taping products to help patients keep their muscles and joints well supported. A Pilates reformer and trapeze table are used at our location. Don't let pain and impaired mobility prevent you from living life to the fullest. At Lake Cathie physio, we offer treatments for migraines, postnatal pelvic and back pain, as well as stiff and sore joints. Our practice is one of the few in Australia to provide facial manipulation therapy. Our compassionate staff prioritise patient comfort. Book an appointment at Lake Cathie Physio today. My Dad attends a weekly exercise class. He is always welcomed with a smile and treated with respect and dignity. Jack is professional and is very aware of Dad's individual needs. I very much appreciate how he keeps an extra eye out and notices when Dad needs a little extra care. He works collaboratively with Dad's doctor to give wholistic medical care and listens to family members to ensure that Dad's exercise needs are well met. Even at 92 this service is servicing Dads physical and social needs well.

We provide post surgical rehabilitation, treat chronic lower back and neck pain, therapy for chronic health conditions like osteoarthritis, exercise therapy/reconditioning, pilates and management of strains, sprains and sporting injuries. Owner and physiotherapist Amy has over ten years experience working in various settings including private practice, hospital and emergency department physiotherapy. No referral needed. We also accept Medicare (EPC) referrals, DVA, NDIS, Workers Compensation and private clients. Private health fund rebates available.
