went to SurfEdge Physio after tearing my ACL and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the first session, everything was clear, structured and focused on getting me back to full function, not just “feeling better”. Kirsty took the time to properly assess everything and explain the plan, which gave me a lot of confidence early on. Rehab was challenging in a good way and progressed each week so I always felt like I was moving forward.
