Exercise physiologists are university qualified experts in exercise. We specialise in programmes for people with osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, cancer, diabetes, depression, obesity, heart disease, hypertension, angina, emphysema, asthma, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, just to name a few. We offer expert advice and design the best exercise programme for you, what ever your goal, whatever your age, your health status, medical conditions and fitness levels. We offer individually designed and monitored home exercise programmes, hydrotherapy and gym programmes. We also offer private personal training, supervised gym sessions, group classes, speciality exercise classes for diabetes, COPD, cancer, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. We accept all fitness levels and can help you to achieve your goal whether it's running a marathon or learning to walk again. We except Medicare EPC referrals for chronic disease management plans, DVA, pre-operative and post surgery, however it is not essential to have a referral. Our exercise physiologists, Heather McFarlane and Keiran Kowalski are also available to speak to your workplace, community group or club to educate on the benefit of exercise, types of exercise; strength training, cardio and flexibility.
