Coolmech have provided excellent service right through from our initial contact with office, travelling some distance to provide advice and quote, installation and follow up. Communication was ongoing, always friendly, and informative. The installation team was friendly, very efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. Their work is very tidy and their clean-up exceptional. They provided clear instructions on use of installed equipment and everything is working perfectly. We have another job coming up and we will definitely contact Coolmech.

Five out of five stars for going the extra mile with my elderly parents in gympie when there ducted air con failed ( insurance). from my home in brisbane i arranged another air con business to go out and quote.....it was twice the $$ after spending only a few mins at my parents house and left them confused. I was then referred to coolmec who were brilliant! from the first phone call they were just fantastic and genuinly helped. They gave better and affordable options and also spent the time to show care about the work and my parents needs. the air con workers arrived on the day to do the job and were professional, neat and respectfull. they did some extra elctrical work which saved my parents even more $$. We will not hesitate to suggest these guys for air con and electrical work.
