Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!

It was a pleasure to meet Jon, he is genuine, truthful and so easy going. It was hard to get someone to come so quickly. I explained that I would lose all my frozen food if something wasn't done.
