Over charged on multiple occasions, using chemicals they didn't need to! (VERIFIED BY OTHER POOL COMPANIES). Got yelled at by the owner Gary over the phone for not paying, when i had paid for all the times they had come but more bills were pulled out. Was absolutely disgusted with the whole experience. Don't recommend them at all. Told them I couldn't afford much, got guaranteed $60 a month...some bills were $140 or more. Ended up paying them out so they left me alone.

Matt, Simon and their team were exceptional to deal with from the very start. At first I wasn't sure what we wanted and they were patient and helpful in providing suggestions and ideas. Even when I requested various changes along the way they were very accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. We could not be more pleased with the end result. They made the whole experience simple, stress-free and enjoyable and now we have a gorgeous pool for our whole family to enjoy. Thank you.

We decided on Rapid Pools after our friends had their pool done by Steve from Rapid Pools. Quality job, they were very professional in how the whole job was one, start to finish. I would recommend them 100%

This company is absolutely awful. I waited twice for one of their pool technicians to attend who never showed and one was supposedly the manager who would attend after work and not even a courtesy call to say they couldn't come. I had 3 visits to fix my green pool and 4 days on it was still as green as ever and had received no treatments at all. If you're looking for efficiency and reliability, go elsewhere.
