Pulled out of the case 4 days away from court !! No respect for what I had to say ... first tells me to tell him what I want to do then he secondly gets up me for telling him after he told me too then said go get a new lawyer! And hung up So much disrespect from Peter!

Get a costs agreement first because I was charged $1000 for what I thought was an introductory chat with a family lawyer. When I received the invoice I just ignored it and they never chased it up until I engaged them to do the conveyancing for a property sale almost a year later. I refused to pay it as I never agreed to it but they went ahead and deducted it from the proceeds of my property settlement. Shifty and galling behaviour that would not be acceptable in any other profession.
