Serviced my car and found many faults that the last local mechanic never fixed and at a good price. I know where Ill be going from now on.

I contacted the Plumbing Doctors via their website on Monday (19/10/20) and received a very prompt return call from Frank. I discussed with him that we have at least to blocked downpipes that need inspection and clearing. I also informed him that I work 1 hour away and could be home no earlier than 3:30pm. He said no problem, booked me in for Thursday (Tomorrow, 22/10/20) and made a note that I would not be available until 3:30pm. I get a call from Frank this afternoon at 4pm and he informs me that his plumbers cannot start so late, that they must be there by 2pm and that I need to reschedule. Now I have to find a replacement plumber within 24hours as I have sorted the time off work tomorrow and worked the extra hours already this week to enable this to occur. If Plumbing Doctors had let me know on Monday that they couldn't help me I would have gone elsewhere without issue and thanks them for their prompt reply. Poor customer service. Save yourself any issues. Book elsewhere.
