Contacted Coughran electrical at the beginning of August to fix my solar and sent someone out to have a look at it who turned up two hours late, which I can understand in this line of work. He was quick to diagnose the problem in about 15min. which was a blown isolation switch, he said to me that they’ll be back to replace it. I waited 7 weeks thinking that the covid lockdown prevented from coming but when I chased it up this wasn’t the case, they just forgot me so rescheduled another appointment which they never turned up for or contacted me. Once again I had to chase them up and again scheduled another appointment which to my relief turned up. They replaced both isolation switches which costed me more than I was told ($400) initially.
I paid the $400 bill straight away to finalise it. One month later being end of October I received another bill for $165 with overdue stamped on it, this was for the initial appointment in August, charged for one hour!!Unreliable,expensive,never ag
We are very happy with the solar system we had installed in our home over 5 years ago and the savings it has provided for us, next to no bill and we love it. Northern come and service it for us and very happy with all the service and after sales cheers.
