The level of service this company demonstrated was exceptional. On the switch Chelsea was polite and informative; Luke rang to advise of a more affordable option from Dux which we were more than pleased to accept; and Mitchell rang to tell us he was on the way, arrived on time - even took off his shoes at the front door! - and then proceeded to change over the hot water system, advising us in pleasant conversation along the way of what he needed to do. Would highly recommend Australian Hot Water of Cardiff!!
