We finally found a good, reliable solar company after many failed attempts. Dealing with them was great, from the first contact with the sales person, Mia to the installers, Gareth and Julian. It was a very pleasant experience and the price was right too.
To be honest, not even one star!... The callout fee is $130, to fix a leaking tap washer.. I was happy to pay that since it was the weekend. I was expecting he would charge about $80 to replace the washer, total $210, even $250 tops. But Jim's Plumber DO NOT CHANGE TAP WASHERS!!.. They will give a quote to replace both taps and all parts. $630.. Total, $760.. If it was easy for me to turn the mains water off, I would try to do it myself.. So many YouTube vids on how to do it.. You do not need to be a plumber to change a tap washer.. We live and learn. We have learnt to avoid Jim's Plumbing at all cost, and enacting associated with Jim's.. By the way.. Sorry, this is Ipswich. We could not find a review site for our area. But it seems Jim's Plumbers are the same EVERYWHERE!! So be warned..!!
Nick from Jestset plumbing was amazing! So thoughtful and kind and explained what was happening in such easy terms. Nick was definitely the most helpful plumber I have every come across! I was so worried and concerned on what the outcome of my clogged toilet would be but he kept me calm along the way and dealt with my anxiety with grace and kindness. Can’t thank Nick enough for everything! Will definitely be recommending Nick and Jetset Plumbing to everyone I know! 😁
