I was very satisfied with the excellent service provided by Greg in installing my solar system. Greg's detailed knowledge was very helpful in understanding the options for panels and inverters and his recommendations accorded with the independent research I had undertaken. The whole process from quote, approvals, ordering equipment, installation and providing the documentation to my retailer and myself went smoothly and on time. The installer he arranged, All Things Electrical, did an excellent job and removed all packaging etc and no tiles broken. Lisa was prompt in handling all correspondence. We have used Bananacoast Electrical previously and always found them good to deal with. I recently had an issue with our fridge and I thought it was the seal. They advised me that it was probably a blocked drain. That's exactly what it was and the problem is now fixed, costing me nothing. Great service and advice.
