Like most people, I looked through reviews and got quotes from a few different providers. This team stood out by far for their knowledge, solar expertise and customer service. I really felt like they designed a system around what we actually needed, rather than trying to sell us the biggest battery possible. Some of the franchise quotes were ridiculously expensive and included batteries that would probably never fully charge with Ballarat’s sun. Kim and the team did a fantastic job with the solar installation. The apprentices were some of the friendliest I’ve ever met, and Matt has always been quick to answer and explain any questions I’ve had. I’m so glad we chose a business that uses its own installers and genuinely cares about its customers. I would highly recommend this team. Ten stars!

The team down at Ballarat Battery Service are literally the nicest people and so accommodation I couldn't trust anyone else with my battery needs. Not only did they come out to us but they changed it over so quickly and really knew their knowledge on our Mondeo which apparently is a tricky one being a diesel. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else. Support local!
