Hi My name is Anne. I have had a bad experience at a dental practice in the past leaving me very fearful of dentists even as an older person in my late 60s. After the experience I had this week with Dr. Owen Jenkins and his assistant Lilly, which involved the extraction of a cracked wisdom tooth, I would like to say Thanku so much. You both made me feel safe and comfortable and I can honestly say this was the best ever experience at the dentist ever. I was only too willing to make another appointment for follow up treatment. I feel very blessed to have found such an amazing professional dentist. Just had to share if there are others out there feeling fearful to go to the dentist. I am an absolute chicken when it comes to dentists. This dentist was fantastic. She informed me of what was happening and what to expect, they fitted me in for an emergency, it was almost painless , it was totally professional and they will be my family dentist now. Also, when I was in hospital a while ago, she delivered my plate and inserted it. Such amazing dentistry.
