The Reject Shop Gunnedah first opened its doors in 1981 when founders Ron Hall and John Shuster set up shop in the Melbourne suburb of South Yarra. Almost 40 years later, The Reject Shop Gunnedah is a household name with more than 370 locations nationwide, known for providing great value on everyday items. The Vacy General Store has been trading since 1868 well over 150 years! Ian & Jo, who live locally within the community, purchased the Vacy General Store in August 2016 and have worked hard bringing the store back to life as it should be.
