If you wish to quit a substance of abuse, this is the place for you! I'm a veteran of 7 detoxes and 2 residential rehab programs. I have completed their 8 week program and not only am I confident that I will remain sober but I am looking into becoming a Smart Recovery facilitator. The Course: Tailored to you. If there is something that you think is lacking in your program, they are happy to discuss it with you and bring in additional help, if required. This is not your usual "lock 'em away" program. Not only will there be outings during your program but you will be encouraged to step out on your own towards the end so that you can test to see how far you have come. Accommodation: Extremely comfortable. Private rooms with queen size beds. Smoking: Whilst not encouraged, you may smoke, if you must. Food: Evening meals cooked by a qualified, professional chef during week days. You have input into the menu. You will be responsible for your other meals. Staff: Qualified and friendly.
