I use Cairns Skips frequently and have dealt with Ben for more than 5 years—they have never been late or let us down and are more than reasonable with their pricing, I wouldn't use any other bins.

Called Cameron and double checked (before I booked) that he could 100% remove the skip by Saturday. He said that was no problem and so I booked. Saturday arrives and Cameron ignores all of my text messages and phone calls. I'm trying to find out what time he will be at my house. I wait until midday (still no reply) and so I call from a private number. Cameron finally answers and is surprised that it's me. He tells me that he'll call his boys to check where they are at, then he'll call me back. A few minutes later I get a text stating that he can't pick up the skip til Monday, because he has booked up his trucks with other jobs. Poor communication, especially when he decided to deliberately ignore me (rather than simply being honest/apologising for the mistake). Poor service.

Friendly people to deal with, they really stand by their mission statement, clean for the environment, they provide handy tips on recycling and provide necessary items to recycle and clean.
