Owned and staffed by well known local GPs Dr Jane Barry, Dr Rebecca Storck, and Dr Melanie Stuttgen, we provide high quality health care for all age groups. Our clinic is located only blocks away from both public and private hospitals and has pharmacy and pathology facilities on-site for your convenience. We also have same-day appointments and urgent treatment services available for when you're in need of medical assistance fast. Our clinic can provide vaccinations and travel medicine as well as children's vaccinations. Our services extend to general, family, sexual, women and men's health treatments. Family Medical Practice

Cairns Skin Cancer Clinic is equipped with the latest technology in photography and dermoscopy. We use the Mole Max High Definition System to store the images of moles digitally for life time comparison. The system allows us to look for the evidence of the appearance of new lesions or changes to existing lesions overtime which assists in the early detection of skin cancer.

Conveniently located in Cairns Central Shopping Centre, Cairns Central Medical offers 100% bulk-billing health care 7 days a week. We are an accredited general practice centre. Find us inside Terry White Chemist on the first floor (opposite Coles). Dr Reiseger and staff offer family medical services including skin checks, immunisations, minor surgery, vaccinations, family planning, pre-employment medicals and chronic disease management assistance. Our Cairns doctors can also provide other health services including pap smears, heart checks, pregnancy tests, hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and timeline therapy. Our friendly staff will go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and welcome you on arrival. We are proud to now offer a diabetes clinic for ongoing management and care. Amaroo Medical is a purpose-built medical facility established in 2015 at Amaroo Park Estate, Mareeba. (Previously known as Byrnes St Medical Centre). Amaroo Medical has easy access and plenty of parking and boasts 6 modern consulting rooms, a two-bed treatment room and a state-of-the-art procedure room. Our Doctors include: Dr Cheryl Harnischfeger, Dr Sian Moore, Dr Lyndel Cahill, Dr Akil Islam and Dr Linda Abenthum. We also train Registrars and Medical Students from JCU, so you may see them in the Practice from time to time. Our team also includes Practice Nurses, Medical Assistants and Receptionists to assist you with your health needs. The office is open from 8:30am to 5pm Monday-Friday with late night clinics on Mondays and Thursdays, when we are open until 8.00pm. We run an appointment system, but keep some spaces to fit in urgent problems. Please phone the office on 4092 5900 at 8:30am to schedule an emergency appointment. Appointments are booked at 15-minute intervals, so you can expect to spend 10-15 minutes with the doctor. This may change if there have been emergencies or if the surgery is very busy. You can phone the surgery before your appointment to check whether we are running on time. If you require a longer appointment for a minor operation, counselling, medical examination or multiple problems, please discuss this with the receptionist before making the appointment. You can also make appointments with the Practice Nurse for blood pressure checks, dressings, suture removal and immunisations. Payment is due at the time of consultation, however, we have a facility called EASYCLAIM so when you pay your bill on the day, your Medicare refund can be paid directly onto your EFTPOS/Debit card or directly into your nominated bank account.
