These people are horrible communicators. In my case, the special instructions regarding lettering I had added on the website order form either did not make it to them, or they were simply not read. Firstly there was no order confirmation from Sign Artist themselves, just payment info automatically generated by PayPal. From start to finish I had maintained proper conduct, but when the sign turned up still without any response to my emails, I again contacted them to inform about the missed request. From that point, the communication magically increased, yet I was basically told to go away and it was implied that I had lied about the Special Instructions request, despite me supplying them an actual screenshot of the order form with it there. I had proved the problem lies in their website order form and they agreed, yet I was still made to feel as if it was my fault.
