I am generally very happy with all the products and service I have had from Jacks Glass. But this time I am not happy didn't receive the product I thought I had ordered. I take part of the blame because I assumed what I was getting was the same as the other doors, I didnt know there were different levels. I even rang to ask and although she was polite I didnt get much help. I have been waiting for a call back but nothing so far not even a left message. Not much one can do, will just have to save the money again to get what I wanted.

Very happy with service, communication, professionalism and results. The price was surprisingly less than I expected, which was an added bonus!

We recently had the pleasure of having Michael out to measure and quote all of our windows and a sliding door. He is extremely professional and a nice guy, even making a 2nd trip out to meet with our carpenter. We highly recommend him and Bradnams Hervey Bay for all of your needs.
