Definitely great service. The quality is excellent, too! The job Tom did on our townhouse kitchen was amazing. Plus, he gave all the information we needed to complete the install, he was also so helpful with the design.

We had a built-in wardrobe made and installed by Kingaroy Joinery. There was a communication error between staff in the plan we had discussed and decided on, for the wardrobe's internal design. We ended up with a wardrobe ready for installation that wasn't a match to the plan. The installation guys were really good in discussing what to do about the problem and trying to rectify it. Their actual workmanship of installing the wardrobe was excellent. However, we were disappointed that we didn't receive the wardrobe that we had selected and discussed when we met with the sales representative.
