Excellent customer service - tried on 6 different pairs in different sizes and the sales rep was polite, helpful and enthusiastic the entire way through. Even my 9 year old stepson had a great experience, because they treated him seriously too.

Great customer service and smile each time we go to Mister minute, he can do almost everything from repairing shoes to cutting keys he is the man. Engraving is also one of his specialities and very neat hand. I think he could repair just about anything great service and help with even better price.

We have just had seat covers installed in our new car. After a bit of a hiccup, Stevie did an amazing job & even made a cover for the centre console. We are very happy with them & would recommend 'Woolly Fleece' 100%. Thank you Stevie for being so obliging & patient. Chris & Bob Norris.

If you are looking for good old fashioned service go to The Shoe Barn in Hyde Park. After a recent visit to the store I decided it must be one of a very few places that offer the kind of service we used to get in the "good old days". Helpful staff, good quality products at a reasonable price so I would recommend anyone looking for shoes, bags etc to call in. You won't be sorry I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 rating (Only because no one is perfect).
