We had absolutely first class attention from the staff on two recent occasions. We had a couple of problems but they managed to give us satisfaction. Their friendly behaviour and patience will ensure that we remain customers in the future.

The sales lady was so lovely,like old school ...Kind and friendly...This is going too be my go too..I could not fault anything about this shop..Charming...

My friend told me about Custom Foot because I had sore feet that were debilitating. Over a few visits, they fitted me into a pair of Birkenstocks, a set of compression socks and a pair of joggers so I had something to wear at any time of the day. For the first time in years I am able to work with little to no pain, less rest breaks and I am able to walk first thing in the morning. Birkenstocks have been a life saver.
