“Talk about Graeme and all the staff demonstrating their care for the customer, attentiveness, knowledgeable, listeners and humble as we figured out a couple of issues why my caravan wasn't towing efficiently over the course of a couple of visits. They helped me out again today and went the extra mile fitting me in which corrected the issue perfectly. So refreshing and restores one faith that honest and humble dedicated people are still around. The Trailer ShopJessica says her car's aircon turned out to be a major issue and Adam fixed it at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. Since Adam wouldn't risk her driving the car before it gets serviced, he let her borrow his car for the day to take her kids to the new slides in the bay. He ordered the part needed, got it for a good price, and had it delivered to the shop within a few hours. She received exceptional service, thanks to Adam.
