Customer service was good at start. Spent over $7500 dollars and didn’t unpack my shed until after 90 days of receiving kit and found a few minor pieces missing. Aussie outdoor could not even bother giving me the parts and actually instructed me to pay extra. Very poor customer services considering how much I spent with them. Product is okay, building instructions very poor as they are generic not personalised per project.

Always the most efficient service from these guys! Highly recommend them.
