We called Ren because we had a blocked drain - he missed our call at first but returned it promptly. He was courteous on the phone and arrived at our home with a very professional set up with the most modern equipment I've ever seen. He cleared the blocked drain promptly and without a lot of mess or drama. I asked him if while he was here he could repair some taps and a leaky toilet. He said not a worry with a smile and while his apprentice packed up his blocked drain gear, he attended to our jobs. I've got to say his work is very professional, his pricing is respective to the service he provides and his workmanship is up there with the best I've seen in the last 50 years of dealing with tradesmen.
