The BEST Settlement Agents in Floraville NSW

G'day my wife and I recently sold our house in Croudace Bay to relocate to Victoria, to be closer to our immediate family. From the very first contact we had with Lake Macquarie Conveyancing we just had that feeling that we were in safe hands and that we definitely did't have to pay the extra "approximate fees" that solicitors charge. Anyone who has used a solicitor will understand that they quote approximations, not actual costs. Leanne (Lake Macquarie Conveyancing) has extremely pleasant phone manners and loads of patients for people like me, who has significant difficulty understanding legal mumbo-jumbo. Our transaction wasn't especially easy as we had a family trust, two mortgages and a non-mainstream bank. None of this bothered Lake Macquarie Conveyancing. A huge thank you to Leanne and others at Lake Macquarie Conveyancing for getting us through this chapter of our lives. I would highly recommend Lake Macquarie Conveyancing to anyone that has to sell their house, or is looking to

I have used Warland Solicitors now for years and years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very approachable and friendly and they are very professional and get the job done. They have not only done my wills, but they looked after my house sale and purchase and a range of other business transactions. Thanks guys! You are legends!
