I had two flat tires, these guys went above and beyond to get my tires in for me. Spoke to several other mechanics in town, they were quite rude. Got on the phone to Fingal and chatted to Richie and he was so helpful and made sure I was taken care of! Thankful for their help and wonderful customer service!

I just got in my car to check who the owner is so I could warn them that things are not good. I’ve been going here once or twice a week for a decade. Last few times there has been 1. No hot food at all, 2. A long queue to even pay for gas, 3, again today no food Perhaps they are just understaffed. I really wish they would improve so I could go again. Where are all the lovely older experienced people who used to work here. The young staff are doing their best. But today the grill doesn’t work. Time before the till. Time before nothing worked at all so no hot food at all. It’s sad they have to work in these conditions. Just read online that Caltex took over th e management. Have to say it shows. Have given 3 stars just for the three young staff doing their best today and being polite

Unreliable shop always closed terrible service.

Staff at Port Stephens Tyres were fantastic. I had a damaged a run flat tyre and they organised a replacement from Newcastle overnight and fitted next morning to get me on the road. They even very kindly dropped me home and picked me up next day. I couldn't have wished for better service and highly recommend them.
