After being quoted $12,500 by another plumber to excavate and fix our sewer, who left us without a working system and claimed it was ‘unclearable’, John came to the rescue. He listened to our situation, explained all the risks, and reassured us that while there was a chance his equipment could get stuck, he would do everything he could to avoid digging. True to his word, he spent 40 minutes meticulously clearing the blockage and saved us a fortune! He gave us much-needed time to plan for a permanent repair when finances allow.
