Rocky Feed & Seed is locally owned and operated by John and Todd Lynch and is located in Rockhampton, Queensland. We grew up on the land and have over 40 years combined experience in the stock feed business. During this time we have gained wide-ranging knowledge of stock feeds and supplements, animal health management, pasture seeds and fertilizers just to name a few, and we use this knowledge to advise customers on the best products to suit their needs. We are proud to have built a reputation for excellent customer service and we are more than happy to talk to you about your requirements, big or small, and if we don't stock what you want, we will happily order it in especially for you if it is available. Rocky Feed & Seed is a member of Australian Independent Rural Retailers (AIRR) which means we have access to almost 100,000 products from more than 650 suppliers nationally, so we are able to offer you an extremely large range of Brand Name and Generic Brand rural merchandise at competitive prices. Being a local family, we know the importance of businesses supporting community events so throughout the year we give sponsorship and donations to local community events as much as possible.

Our roots grow deep and originally we were established as a small mail order business in 2008 which has since grown into what you see today. 2019 was an exciting year for us when we opened our very own retail nursery shop front in Rockhampton. We are a dedicated team that is always there for our customers, providing and producing quality plants and trees. We sell both retail and wholesale to accommodate the home gardener and retail nurseries throughout Australia. We propagate our plants and source from local and Australian plant nurseries. Our primary focus is selling rare and unusual plants and we specialise in growing 100mm pot plants. Throughout the year we usually stock over 250 varieties of plants. We freight our plants everywhere in Australia except TAS and WA. There is no minimum or maximum quantity you can order depending on stock. Drop in, meet our staff and browse our stock in store. Golden Mount Nursery was established in 2001 as a Wholesale / Retail / Plant Production Nursery originally on the banks of the No 7 Dam in Mount Morgan. In 2010 the nursery closed and started online internet trading until November 2016 when it opened up in its new premises, which many people would know as being behind the Touchwood Theater. The nursery now stocks a wide range of plants and gift lines.
