I had been using Cape Byron Glass on many occasions. But when I asked them to get back to me about a shower screen that was top quality (or so we were promised and paid for) which did not have the desired effect, I was disappointed that I never even received a returned phone call. No matter how many messages I left. This has been about 2 years ago, but I have never used them again. We had been happy with them before. But bad customer service when all is not well is a NO NO to me.

These guys are brilliant. Know their stuff, quick, professional. And they don't charge the earth. After their visit to our place today, I can't recommend them highly enough. Sorted our problem and TVs are working perfectly.
