Supporting our local fisherman that fish the Tweed region that catch Mud crabs, Sand crabs whiting, jewfish mullet, bream, flathead and more, we also have fish and seafood from Queensland waters and we even have fresh fish flown in from New Zealand. We debone all our fish fillets ready for you to enjoy. Our fish and chips are cooked in 100% cholesterol free sunflower oil. Choose from our light and crispy homemade beer batter or try our Japanese Panko crumb. Healthier options include, grilled fish in a selection of marinades.
