Busy Bees at Coorparoo is in the Brisbane suburb of Coorparoo. Conveniently located on the corner of Harries Road, we're above the Woolworths Shopping Complex and only minutes from Coorparoo State School. Come see our state-of-the-art facilities including nurturing learning environments. Explore our rooftop playground with water misters, balancing logs, sandpits, a slide, tunnel, cubby house and a veggie garden. Additionally, we feature an expertly designed Kindergarten room.

We are a service that caters for children aged from 6 weeks to school entry age. We offer a kindergarten approved program that runs 52 weeks of the year and is run by a Bachelor Qualified teacher. We are open 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year and we only close for weekends as well as Queensland Public Holidays. We are have reverse cycle air-conditioners which we are able to operate to cool the rooms in summer and warm the rooms in winter. Our centre is situated fairly close to the city, with a train and bus service within walking distance of the service for families who commute to the city for work. We operate under the Early Years Learning Framework that has been set nationally as well as of course the National Quality Standards and we obtained a rating of Meeting the National Quality Standard and we are continuing to grow our skills and knowledge in the hope that next Assessment and Rating we will get an Exceeding National Quality Standards. We also offer a service called StoryPark, which is a media platform that allows us to load stories, photos and videos of your child so that you can see them in real time so that you are kept up to date on your child’s knowledge, skills and interests. You can also load stories, pictures and videos of your child’s weekend and activities that you do outside of the service and we can try and extend and facilitate their learning here as well. This is a private service where only you can see you child’s information and not a third party. We provide nutritious and delicious meals, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack at 5pm - these are prepared off site and delivered fresh daily. We cater for individual dietary requirements like; Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian and other needs as well. We also provide nappies, wipes, sunscreen and mosquito repellent.

C&K’s early childhood curriculum approach is used for children from birth to 5 in all our kindys and childcares. In the year before school, university-qualified teachers guide and support children to be curious, capable and collaborative learners. Our Infant and Toddler approach guides how we educate and care for our infants and toddlers.
