Five Star Studios are professional photographer that cater for weddings in Mackay and the Whitsunday Islands and have been capturing and creating memories of loving couples for approx. 20 years now; our passion, your day, captured our way, for you to treasure for a lifetime.

I have always had a lifelong dream to photograph the world, and this became evident the moment I held a camera in my hand. My father was a great believer in recording history through diaries, storytelling and photos and due to his encouragement, I fell in love with a camera. My journey to fulfil my dream has been filled with being creative with design and screen-printing and achieving high results in sales and training. During this time my camera was never far away. I have been blessed to have travelled to some of the most beautiful countries capturing timeless memories. Today, I have hung up my safety boots and sales targets and now with the love and support of my husband David, I can be found with my beloved camera. My studio is based in Walkerston and my mission is simple: To create timeless memories and an enjoyable experience in front of the camera, and to capture photographs you will love.
