Got to wonder about the positive revues ... after giving 2nd/3rd/4th chance I can honestly say this business is NOT tourist OR local friendly. They are not welcoming and treat the customer (who keeps them in business) very shabbily. Such a shame as instead of βwelcomingβ your business it seems like too much trouble to even give you a smile. Oh, and donβt think you can drink a cup of βgoodβ coffee with your meal (purchased next door) you will be ordered off the property. UGLY CUSTOMER SERVICE from the ordering at the register to the long waited delivery.
I work here when I'm not working my usual job. I do this cos I luv the bosses and the people I work with. Michelle and Bruce are decent hard working people. Michelle is an awesome cook. I am proud to be part of the team. During winter we have enough staff so that Michelle can cook her muffins, cakes, and meals for order, come summer we get so bombarded with tourist that not only can we not supply our usual selection, but we struggle, especially this year, to even keep up with basic prep and supply. Mostly due to covid.... for instance, one of our suppliers went down cos someone got covid so they locked down for 7 days, rightly so. Then staff members are close contacts, negative, but have to iso for 7 days. Meanwhile u guys have been on hols for same amount of time and are enjoying the beach and breeze, please remember we r here doing our best to accomadate u with the resources we have.... have a great holiday and remember, we r all people too. ππββοΈ
Rang a order through and the kid didn't know what to do or say. Picked up my burger and it was cold. The customer service was not good and the shop smelt like old oil.
