I ordered a pie and sausage roll as I was starving. It was baked on site and was very nice. However, they did not have EFTPOS, which was weird. But the food at Collinsville Bakehouse was actually nice! Yum!!

First impressions walking in to this establishment was dark and music was loud which was making everyone talk louder than to accommodate the music at least there was atmosphere. On seating noticed 4 staff members all chatting sipping coffee behind the counter. On looking at the menu was very basic which is good but however little bit over priced. On placing order counter was very clutted. Staff member was accommodating for the changes that I wanted. I ordered eggs Benny on sourdough with no spinach and large chips to share with gravy. The coffee was a good size for a large cup bigger than average large from other coffee shops. The eggs benny was good eggs where over cooked. The chips where hot didnt take long to get cold due to the air-conditioning. Now comes to the gravy. Gravy was either cold and reheated or not made properly lumpy and not mixed threw could still taste the powder and granulated this needs attention especially when you have to pay extra for little jugs of gravy.
