Flaming Good is owned by Tony and Danielle. Our journey began when we ran our family olive grove in South East Queensland. After struggling to make a living from the olive grove we started pizza nights and these quickly became a huge success. We found that overnight the wood-fired Cob oven would hold a perfect roasting temperature. Using the cooling oven to roast our own farm-raised pork and lamb we began creating delicious and succulent roasts, with a rich depth of flavour we hadn’t experienced for a long time. Fast forward several years and Flaming Good now caters for events and private functions all across Queensland from our Toowoomba base. We cater functions of 40 people up to 25,000 people at major events. We now have a wide range of wood and charcoal-fired ovens creating delicious food including pizzas, fresh platters, BBQ’s, traditional roast with all the trimmings and decadent desserts. Together with our amazing Kitchen Family of very friendly hard-working staff, our trailers travel across Queensland to birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, family functions and corporate events.

At Hol's Place, located in Yarraman, it's easy to relax, enjoy a coffee and have a meal anytime of the day. Whether you'd just like to swing by for your morning coffee or meet up with friends for a long lunch, Hol's Place is the place to be. We also have a full take away service for if you're on the move. Be greeted with a warm cup of coffee, pastry, ice cream or even a full meal or burger. Everything is handmade, daily, with passion right here in our cozy cafe. Our quaint and homely Yarraman cafe provides a chilled and peaceful ambience to enjoy your meal or drink. With both indoor and outdoor seating available, there's plenty of dining choice at Hol's Place. Pull up a chair, sip on a coffee and take it easy at Hol's Place in Yarraman. We're open 6 days a week.
