From the office staff to the installers, the team at Sail Structures are amazing! Their professionalism, attention to detail, quality and communication are second to none PLUS the quotes were very competative and less than others who quoted more for a substandard product and longer production/ finish time. I cannot express how happy our family is with our new extended entertainment area and shaded pool area. Every appointment made, they arrived on time. Communication is key for sales and they do that throughout. Aaron and his staff's attention to detail is immaculate. We had pre installed posts thinking they were right, sadly for what we had wanted to do they weren't, however, Aaron and his team found a way to make us still receive the outcome we had hoped for!
