Eddie Williams LocksmithsNot only did we wait for over One week for his 2nd attempt at repairing our locked bedroom…. But he forgot all about us, entirely. When we rang in desperation, then his offsider installed a 2nd lock, spent two hours trying to get it to work, unsuccessfully. We waited another few days when he turned up with a new lock, he charged me $100.00 for.After the third attempt, we rang him the next day explaining, that we were locked in our bedroom, as the lock/latch had failed. I managed to get the lock open from the opposite side. But the latch would not open the door, which remains unlocked. My partner is 93 years of age and is immobile, I am 85. This would be the worst service I have ever had from a ‘so-called ‘ Tradesman. On ringing him to explain our predicament, then rudely abused.
