What a great experience it was to engage the services of Troy's company. I initially liaised with another local company, but after 5 attempts by me, phone calls and detailed emails, I did not hear back until after I booked Troy. I found Troy online and contacted him at 8pm. By 7.20am the next day I had a response. Once I provided all the information his business needed I received a call to fix my doors, the next day. We recently required an after hours locksmith to secure a relatives home who was away at the time. All the security screen door locks and other door locks had been vandalised during an attempted break in. We called an Eddie Williams employee named Jai who promptly attended the home. He was very polite and efficient and had the home fully secured in no time. We were all so grateful for that level of service after hours and under such stressful circumstances.
